Nicholsons Shopping Centre – Report Back

On 15th March the Centre was acquired by Tikehau Capital and partners Areli Real Estate. The new owners are keen to explore opportunities for redevelopment. The first stage of this process was a Community Planning weekend led by JTP the appointed architects. The consultation included engagement with local schools and community groups and a two-day Drop-in event held within the Centre on 22nd and 23rd March. Following this, the team from JTP and Rob Tincknell from Areli Real Estate, presented back to the general public their initial ideas. These have been well received and feed-back information for the public is available in the Centre mall.
